Custom Orders
All jerseys are custom-made to your specifications. Once your order is confirmed and production begins, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as size, color, or design preference.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. To qualify:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
